Darius has spent seven years working in clinical psychology and medical research and five years in the fitness industry, bridging the gap between mental resilience and physical performance.
After graduating at the top of his class and earning his MSc from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience at King’s College London, he specialised in affective disorders—gaining deep expertise in how mood, mindset, and behaviour influence health and performance.
Through his work, Darius has helped hundreds of clients not just transform their physiques, but retrain their mindset, optimise their habits, and build a body and life they’re happy to live in.
As a former competitive bodybuilder, he understands the reality of pushing the body to its limits, the mental battles of high-level training, and what it truly takes to build strength—physically and mentally.
